The media reality of today's Internet receivers makes it safe to say that in addition to valuable content posted on social media, one can also find the content that may be considered a threat. In the author's opinion, patho-streaming should certainly be considered as such. This phenomenon consists in sharing one’s privacy in the new media in real time and presenting activities that can be considered deviant. The author of this paper analyzes the activity of senders of obscene content and their receivers using content analysis. The aim of the research is to present the phenomenon of patho-streaming as well as the threats of transmission of social pathologies to the media sphere.</p> ER -
