Author Biography

Anda Rožukalne, Rīga Stradiņš University

Anda Rožukalne is a Professor at the Faculty of Communication of Rīga Stradiņš University and the first ombudsperson of Latvian public service media. Her research interests include studies on media systems, journalism and audience, media regulation and self-regulation issues. She represents Latvia in EC Media Pluralism Monitor and ensures Latvian data collection for the global Worlds of Journalism Study.
